BHP Community Land Trust, Inc., doing business as South Florida Community Land Trust, Inc. (SFCLT), is requesting proposals from an experienced Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) with a GMP for the construction of a 3-story and 2-story residential condominium building comprising 13 units totaling 19,788 square feet in Little Haiti, Miami, FL.
Applicant must be financially viable with payments for work in place for all trades only and be bondable. Complete bid specifications are available by emailing [email protected] and [email protected]. Electronic format bids are due by 2pm on Friday, May 15, 2020 to [email protected] and [email protected].
Hard copies are not required and will not be accepted. In the event that federal or other grant funds are utilized, the SFCLT and chosen bidder shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and organizational guidelines and requirements.
SFCLT encourages the participation of local and minority contractors and subcontractors as well as Section 3 individuals and businesses. SFCLT is also interested in utilizing innovative building systems where and when feasible and cost effective.
