LIGHTHOUSE POINT  Our very first project is a two-story, 22-unit courtyard building with fully-renovated, hurricane-resistant, and energy-efficient apartments at affordable rents.

DEERFIELD  We turned the dream of homeownership into reality for five families in Deerfield by building five award-winning homes from scratch on scattered land sites in 2019.

HALLANDALE  We’re renovating a seven-unit apartment complex built in 1959. Along with necessary repairs, we’re modernizing and weatherizing the property, with completion expected by the end of 2024.
