South Florida Community Land Trust Announces Mandy Bartle as President & CEO

We are thrilled to announce that Mandy Bartle has been promoted to President and CEO of the South Florida Community Land Trust (SFCLT).

For the past 15 years, Mandy has served as our Executive Director, guiding SFCLT’s remarkable growth from just $1,000 in assets to over $20 million. Under her leadership, we have developed affordable housing in 13 cities—more than any other community land trust in Florida—and built a pipeline of 475 additional homes, including 51 ready for construction and many more in development.

Mandy has also led groundbreaking initiatives, including launching Florida’s first revolving fund for community land trusts and creating South Florida’s only comprehensive opportunity map to drive equitable, resilient development.

Her promotion is a well-earned recognition of her vision, commitment, and impact in expanding access to stable, affordable housing across our region.
