SFCLT Receives $631,500 Grant for Affordable Housing in South Florida
The South Florida Community Land Trust (SFCLT) is honored to announce that we have been awarded a $631,500 grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta’s (FHLBank Atlanta) Affordable Housing Program (AHP). This transformative funding will support the acquisition and rehabilitation of 22 multifamily units in Dania Beach and Hallandale Beach, ensuring that these homes remain affordable for low- and moderate-income families in our community.
