Steady Growth and Regional Expansion

South Florida CLT has been working for ten years to provide and preserve quality, sustainable, affordable housing in South Florida. With a single subsidy, we make housing affordable for generation after generation.

We now serve 11 municipalities in Broward County and will have 69 complete, permanently affordable units by the end of 2017.

At the regional scale, South Florida CLT is leading collaboration with the Southeast Florida CLT Connection. Thanks to JPMorgan Chase Foundation and Citibank we are also expanding into Miami-Dade County, one of the most cost-burdened areas in the country.

Affordable Now, Affordable Forever

South Florida CLT provides significant savings to renters and homeowners and because we utilize the community land trust model, all of our homes are affordable forever.
